We collect the information you provide when signing up: your name, email address, and password. We also collect data you enter while using Athonos — client names, emails, check-in responses, programme content, and payment amounts. We do not collect payment card details — these are handled directly by Stripe.
We use your data solely to provide the Athonos service. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than running the platform. Your clients' data belongs to you.
Client payments are processed by Stripe and paid directly to your connected Stripe account. Athonos does not handle or store payment card details. Your subscription to Athonos is also processed by Stripe.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the EU. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@athonos.io. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Athonos uses only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
